WebFor other emissaries, when there is a grade V reaper crew they can only see your ships on map if you are moving. if you are parked at an island doing stuff they don't see you and can't roll up on your parked ship from islands away unless they naturally find you. I think this is more fair for both sides of this war that is just beginning.
